THE SERENITY RESET WELLBEING DAY
Recognise burnout before it takes hold
A practical wellbeing day helping employees recognise the early signs of burnout, understand their stress response and create a personal plan for looking after their wellbeing.
This isn't simply a day of being told to “look after yourself”.
Employees learn about stress, burnout and the nervous system and explore practical ways to recognise, regulate and recover from the effects of prolonged pressure.
During the day, we explore:
-
Understanding stress and burnout
-
Recognising personal warning signs
-
Nervous-system regulation
-
Breathwork and grounding techniques
-
Managing stress after demanding situations
-
Conserving energy and emotional capacity
-
Boundaries and recovery
-
Recognising when additional support may be needed
The aim is simple:
Recognise it earlier. Understand it better. Know what to do next.
A personalised approach
Burnout doesn't look the same for everyone.
One person may feel exhausted. Another may become increasingly detached or lose motivation. Someone else may struggle to switch off after work or remain on high alert after difficult situations.
Participants complete structured questionnaires designed to encourage self-awareness and wellbeing planning — not diagnosis.
They then create their own Individual Serenity Reset Plan, identifying their personal warning signs, useful techniques, recovery strategies and when they may need additional support.
PRACTICAL TOOLS THAT GO HOME WITH THEM
The day isn't designed to create a temporary feel-good experience.
Employees leave with practical resources they can continue using afterwards, including:
Quick Start Guide
A simple reference for those moments when stress is high and thinking clearly is harder.
Serenity Reset Toolkit
A collection of the practical techniques explored during the day.
Individual Reset Plan
A personal plan based on their own stress patterns, warning signs and preferred tools.
SUPPORT FOR EMPLOYEES. INSIGHT FOR MANAGERS.
Wellbeing isn't solely the responsibility of the individual.
Employees can learn how to recognise and manage their own stress, but organisations also need to understand where workplace pressures may be building.
Individual responses remain private.
Managers can instead receive an anonymous overview of group-level patterns, alongside a dedicated Managers' Wellbeing Guide.
This can help organisations identify where additional support may be needed and start more informed conversations around workplace wellbeing.
PROVEN WITH A REAL WORKFORCE
The Serenity Reset Wellbeing Day has already been delivered to employees working in children's residential care.
Feedback from 23 anonymous participants showed:
91% rated the Wellbeing Day 4 or 5 out of 5
96%said their team would definitely or probably benefit from a similar wellbeing day.
Participants also reported increased understanding of burnout, the nervous system and practical ways to regulate stress.
One participant said:
“I have been in burnout several times and did not know it until today.”
Another summed up an important part of the programme:
“Recovery is not selfishness.”

WHY THE SERENITY RESET?
Because workplace wellbeing should be more than a box-ticking exercise.
The goal isn't to tell people to simply become more resilient or cope with more.
It's to help employees understand themselves better, recognise when something is changing and have practical tools to respond — while helping organisations understand where their people may need greater support.
Recognise. Understand. Regulate. Recover. Prevent.
Let's create a wellbeing programme that works for your people.
